On May 7, 2024, the World Trade Center Miami (WTCM) was presented by Miami-Dade County’s Mayor, County Commissioners, and leadership from the County’s International Trade Consortium with an official Proclamation commemorating May as World Trade Month.
The WTCM was cited for its ongoing efforts to promote and build international business, trade, and commerce throughout Miami-Dade County. The Proclamation states that through “renowned trade shows, missions, special events, educational programs, promotion of two-way trade, and other forms of assistance, the diverse portfolio of the World Trade Center Miami generates international sales, boosts exports, and fosters the ideal environment for international investment.”
